This is the first 4 weeks of an 8 week course in learning seated mindful stillness meditation. Each session we will explore the benefits to meditation and what is happening in your body and brain as you practice. Perfect for beginners and also people who have been attending casual mediation classes. Also if you are used to more movement based practices this will be a wonderful course to explore a seated practice. All equipment provided.
